Acceptable stay near the station

clean room good location unnecessary replacement poor soundproofing

The room was clean. Clean towels were provided everyday. The location is good, as it was near the main train station (I could easily walk to catch my train).

The towels were replaced every day. This was odd and unnecessary. There was hardly any soundproofing, so I could hear people talking in the next room.

The location is excellent near the main train station. This made transport very simple. Staff were cute and helpful. The neighborhood felt quite secure. The room had a fridge and a kettle.

The air conditioning seemed to struggle a little.

the staff was very kind! the location is super near termini station, i just loved that! the room was comfortable and warm, too.

the hotel is quite outdated. it's located in a building shared with other hotels, it's a little strange.

Great Location and Clean Rooms

The location is near the train station and local bus stops making travel easy. A supermarket is nearby for convenient shopping. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and large. I found the staff helpful when checking in and out and the process was easy.

The air conditioning provided very little cooling .

I found the location quite convenient, being only a short walk from the train station. The room was bright and clean, fresh towels were provided daily. The staff was friendly. The 24-hour reception was quite helpful.

I noticed the room was a bit cramped. The design seemed a little outdated, and the internet connection was not very reliable.

the location is quite convenient. it is a short walk to termini station. the staff was helpful with directions. the bathroom was clean and functional.

The room i booked was not the one i received. i expected a superior queen room, but got a smaller double room. the shower doors were broken, so i could not close them, and the toilet seat was also broken. I saw bare electrical wires.
